Live and Fast Search (Results pulled from: twitter, google, wikipedia, youtube)

A web application created by Julius Eckert.
With Keyboardr, you don’t have point and click your way through your Google search results – you can just use the arrow keys on your keyboard instead. To navigate, you just down arrow and up arrow through the set of traditional results displayed or use the right arrow to hop over to the integrated Wikipedia results, YouTube results, and Google Image results on the right-hand side of the page.
Keyboardr is crazy fast, it even begins searching and displaying results as you type in the search box itself. That’s handy because it means that you might not even need to complete your search query before you have the answers you need.

A Browser that is so light on your computer

A hardcore fan of Mozilla Firefox has started using Google Chrome, simply because it is light-weight (faster and simpler) and it lets you control most of the functionalities.
I figured that Firefox eats up your ram slowly, which leads to slow down your computer’s performance. Well, they may be improvising on the tech part for which I’ve no time.
If you wish to try Google Chrome, download it from here, which is absolutely FREE!
Important note: Keep visiting this space for more about Google Chrome and how to get the most out of it.

Nevervoid is in trance with Miss Nine’s music
Posted by on February 18, 2010
Kristin Schrot began her career, not as a DJ, but as a model. Longing for more, her passion for music led Kristin to move to Amsterdam where she dubbed herself Miss Nine and began pursuing a career in the electronic industry.
Miss Nine is the first female to mix a compilation for Washington-based Yoshitoshi Recordings, the world-renowned leader in progressive and big-room house music.
Track “Lost & Found” by Miss Nine. Released on Black Hole Recordings.
The above video was filmed during the Winter Music Conference 2009 in Miami South Beach, filmed & edited by Maarten Spoek. Track “Lost & Found” by Miss Nine. Released on Black Hole Recordings.
What are those knobs all about?

The knobs on your camera*
AV, A
Aperture Priority:
Aperture is like the Iris in your eye. During the day, where there is more day-light, I’m sure you would have noticed a really small iris, and during the night as there is not much light (depending on the ambience) you would notice a wider iris, which means it’s trying to grab more light to view the scenario.
TV, S
Shutter Priority:
Shutter is like your eye-lids. After a late/rough night, when you wake-up the next day and immediately step out in a really bright and sunny day, you would have noticed your eye-lids trying to close or not able to keep it open wide as there is much light getting into your eye more than required.
When you wish to click subjects/objects that really are fast in motion, you would need this mode.
M
Manual mode:
OK, now I’m not going to use the eye analogy here. Instead, think about a vehicle that has auto-gears and a vehicle that lets you control the drive with manual-shifting of gears. Meaning, in this mode, you can set the preferred aperture and shutter speed to get more control of the scene.

Google adds Voice and Video Chat to Gmail
Posted by on November 12, 2008
Source: http://gmailblog.blogspot.com/2008/11/say-hello-to-gmail-voice-and-video-chat.html
This new upgrade competes with eBay’s Skype and other Web conferencing tools that have grown in popularity as technology continues to move forward as more laptops are being outfitted with built-in cameras and the speed of Web connections continues to advance.
Download the plugin!
From the Google Blog:
Just click on the new “Video & more” menu in a Gmail chat window and select “Start video chat” or “Start voice chat.” You can switch to a full screen view or pop out the chat window and change the size and positioning as you wish. Of course, not everyone has a webcam, but even if you don’t, you can still have voice conversations alongside your email and regular chat.
iPhone stuck in Headphone mode
Posted by on November 11, 2008
Sometimes the iPhone gets stuck in headset mode and thinks it has regular earphones or ear buds attached even though it does not. Here are a few things to try.
- Lint may be trapped in the connection. Try blowing into it or try canned air.
- Plug and unplug your iPhone headset a couple of times.
Note: Restoring the iPhone is not a fix!
Personally, I’ve had this problem. I believe it is due to the debris in the socket. Blow some air into the socket and you should be all set.
Cheers
